How we make Dilishque paste
We make the paste at home. This way, we know that we pick the best quality ingredients.
We installed a new kitchen and had the local Environmental Department come to the house and approve our methods and processes. Our product checked out and so did we. The next step was to start producing the paste and bring it to the market.
A full pot of the Dilishque curry paste is intended to be used in the recipe provided on the inside of the box. There are other uses where only a little of the Dilishque paste is required. In this case, just use what you require replace the lid and store and re-use till the Best Before Date. Use after this date may result in milder muted flavours as the potency of the ingredients will be compromised with age.
We prepare the fresh ingredients by washing them before Dilishque curry paste is diligently prepared and hand potted into the individual pots. The utmost care is taken in assuring the highest quality of the product is maintained at each stage of the production process.
