Serves 4 | Prep time 5 to 10 minutes | Cooking time approx. 10 minutes
You will need:
- 1/4 pot of Dilishque curry paste
- 4 Fillet of fish
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

Method:
We’ve only used this with white fleshed fish like cod and haddock but some friends have used it with salmon.
Mix 1/4 pot of Dilishque curry paste with the oil in a small bowl, using a brush gently brush over both sides of the fish.
Place on some cooking foil and grill or pan fry, until cooked.
Mix more paste and oil if you require.
The amount of paste you use is dependant on your personal preferences and it may take a couple of times to make it to your required taste.
Also, you can use the Dilishque curry paste to brush over fish fingers then grill or panfry until cooked.
Ready to serve.
