Serves 4 | Prep time 10 minutes | Cooking time approx. 20 – 30 minutes
You will need:
- 1/4 pot of Dilishque curry paste
- 1 large onion
- 2 tins of tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon of mix herbs
- Optional: Up to 100g of olives (green, black or mix)
- Optional: Cheese of your choice to sprinkle over the served pastas
- Optional: Seasoning

Method:
Dice onion and brown in a saucepan, add Dilishque paste, tomatoes, herbs and heat up to the boil, then on a simmering heat, slow cook for 20-30 minutes.
During this time you can cook as much pasta as you require and prepare accompaniments like garlic bread and/or salad.
Store any remaining sauce in the freezer for use another time.
Create your own recipes using this as a guide for how much paste to use. You may need less or a little more.
You can vary this recipe by adding vegetables of your choice some of our favourites are peppers, courgettes, mushrooms, aubergine and spinach. Basically, any ingredient that will cook in the time taken for the sauce to be ready. The choice is yours! We would love to hear your suggestions!
